CHECK-IN

The campsite is reserved for Mr./Ms. Campers and their guests, duly registered in accordance with public safety laws. To access the campsite, registration of all persons, including children, is mandatory. Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid original identification document (identity card, passport, or driver’s license). Staff will verify the data and issue an identification wristband, which must be worn for the entire duration of the stay. Please report any changes or errors in the data promptly. Please note that neither the health card nor Camping Cards (such as ACSI) replace the identity document. In the absence of the original document, registration and access to the facility will not be possible.

CHECK-OUT

Campers in pitches are requested to vacate their pitch by 12:00 on the departure day. For guests in mobile homes, the deadline is 10:00. Please note that the reception is open from 10:00 onwards. Failure to comply with the indicated times will result in an additional charge equal to the cost of an extra night.

ACCOMMODATION

For short-term reservations (maximum 3 days), advance payment by bank transfer is required. The reservation is considered confirmed upon crediting. For longer bookings and stays, payment is required within 3 days of arrival at the facility. The mobile home will be available to the guest from 5 p.m. on the day of registration and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Management and assigned staff are authorized to enter the interior of the accommodations at any time, even in the absence of the client, for maintenance, inspection, or in case of emergency.

PITCHES

  • Each pitch can accommodate one camper or one caravan plus one approved tent for 2 people.
  • All pitches are delimited and numbered. Equipment must remain within the assigned boundaries, maintaining an adequate distance from neighboring pitches.
  • Each pitch has only one electrical outlet.
  • Moving or modifying the assigned pitch requires the authorization of the Management.
  • Campers are required to keep their pitch clean.
  • The installation of tents or additional structures is permitted only with prior authorization.
  • Arrival is permitted from 12:00, while departure must take place by 12:00 on the following day.
  • For early arrivals or late departures, additional nights will be charged.
  • Each pitch can accommodate up to 6 people and one crew.
  • The camper is not entitled to an additional parking space, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Equipment can only be anchored to the ground or to the vehicle. It is forbidden to use plants and structures of the campsite.
  • The bill must be paid in advance for stays of up to 3 nights and by 18:00 the day before departure for longer stays.
  • The reception is open from 10:00.
  • Failure to vacate the pitch by 12:00 will result in the charge of an additional night.
  • The occupation of a free pitch without authorization will result in the charge of the daily rate.
  • The Management and the staff are authorized to access the pitch at any time, even in the absence of the guest, for maintenance, inspection, or in case of emergency.

VISITORS

Guests are admitted to the campsite upon notification by the campers and with the approval of the management, and can only enter on foot. Cars must be parked outside without any responsibility for the management. Campers (adults and children aged 2 and over) must present valid identification documents. A daily fee of €12.00 will be charged to each camper after one hour of entry. Access hours are 10:00 to 20:00.

MINORS

Minors are only admitted if accompanied by their parents or adult relatives. Children must always be supervised when using the various toilet and shower facilities. The management declines all responsibility for any incidents involving children who are not supervised by their parents or relatives.

ANIMALS

For everyone’s well-being, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and accompanied outside the campsite for their needs. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. If necessary, a muzzle should be used for large dogs or those with a particularly dominant character. Owners are civilly liable for any damage caused by their animals. Access to mobile homes is reserved for small pets and is subject to the management’s authorization.

PROHIBITIONS AND SAFETY

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Disposing of the contents of chemical toilets, other liquids, or waste, including coffee grounds, within the campsite.
  • Disposing of materials into the toilets that may obstruct the sewerage system. Garbage should be disposed of in the trash bins provided in an area dedicated to it.
  • Washing cars, caravans, boats, etc.
  • Constructing any type of fence.
  • Tying any type of rope to plants, poles or other supports is prohibited. To avoid accidents, do not use ropes to hang laundry. If needed, you can rent a clothesline at the reception (€1.00/day).

For safety and aesthetic reasons, the management reserves the right to remove any equipment, even if it belongs to the guest, if it does not comply with the regulations.

CARS

For safety reasons the car must be parked outside,for this purpose we have created a parking lot on the left side of the road coming out of the campground. It is possible to reach the pitch with your car when you arrive, when you go shopping or at the end of your stay to load all your belongings.

It is forbidden to drive inside the campground at a speed exceeding 5 km per hour. It is also mandatory to respect the direction of travel.

In case of bad weather, it is absolutely forbidden to drive and park cars inside the campsite.

Motorcycles will be allowed to enter and leave with the engine off during the silence time.

QUIET HOURS

To ensure everyone’s peace and quiet, it is mandatory to observe the silence hours from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

During these time slots, cars and motorcycles are prohibited inside the campground. The gate will be closed. Anyone needing their vehicle must park it outside the campground before the start of the silence hours.

Except for special needs, to be communicated in advance to the Management, or in cases of exceptional urgency, the movement of any vehicle is absolutely prohibited from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

In respect of the quiet, it is obligatory for all Guests to avoid behaviors, activities, games, and use of equipment (music, lights) that could cause disturbance outside the pre-established areas.

In any case, even outside of quiet hours, customers are required not to disturb others with excessive noise and behavior.

CUSTODY OF VALUABLES

Any items found on the campsite and at the restrooms must be turned in to the management. Camping al Lago is not responsible for the loss or theft of items.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Observance of order and cleanliness is the duty of the guest. Garbage should be thrown, sealed in transparent, organic waste bags, into the appropriate bins at the entrance to the campsite. Glass, paper and plastic are subject to separate collection. Please do not disperse any waste into the environment. Those who live at Camping al Lago love a clean environment.

COMMON SPACES

The common spaces are a valuable place for meeting and sharing. Each of us can help preserve their harmony by respecting others and keeping them clean and tidy. Please remember to wash linens and dishes only in the sinks provided, preferably outside of quiet hours.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The electricity supply to the pitches is 6 A and is calculated on the basis of the consumption of equipment with low absorption power. Therefore, equipment such as stoves, stoves, water heaters, etc. are not allowed.

The electrical system:

– can be checked at any time by management personnel;

– three-core grounded watertight cable (according to C.E.E. standards) is mandatory).

In case of suspension of electricity supply by Enel distribution or water supply by Bim, the management declines all responsibility and is not liable for any compensation for damage to persons or property.

LIABILITY

Camping al Lago is not liable for damage to persons or property due to natural disasters, vandalism or falling trees or branches.

For any injuries occurring during the practice of sports and leisure activities within the perimeter of the campground, the company will be liable to refund damages only if caused by internal malfunctions or carelessness on the part of Camping al Lago. Any injuries due to, for example, play fights or accidental falls are not supported by insurance coverage.

Management reserves the right to expel Clients who, in its sole discretion, disturb the peace or contravene the above rules.

In case of early departure with respect to the booking, you are not entitled to any refund or discount, and the stay will be paid in full even if not used.

Management has the right to remove any guests from the campground who do not abide by the afore-mentioned rules.
